Convert two booleans into something else.

Parameters:

ch1 - first boolean

ch2 - second boolean

Returns:

converted boolean

apply

default T apply(java.lang.Boolean v1,
                java.lang.Boolean v2)

Default implementation. This uses applyAsBoolean(boolean, boolean).
